Doing More, But Not Knowing What I Truly Want šš¤ļø

I used to believe that action was the answer to everything.
Feeling uncertain? š¤ Do more.
Feeling stuck? š¶āāļø Push harder.
Feeling behind? ā° Work longer hours.
For a while, it worked ā at least on the surface. My calendar was full š , my projects were many š, and my to-do lists were endless š. But deep inside, there was a lingering feeling I couldnāt ignore: I was doing more, but I wasn't any closer to what I truly wanted.
Instead of clarity, I found myself overwhelmed šŖļø.
Instead of fulfillment, I felt increasingly disconnected š§©.
Instead of building a life aligned with my values, I was just⦠staying busy šāāļø.
The truth is, we live in a culture that often rewards output more than alignment šÆ.
We admire productivity but rarely ask if the direction weāre moving in is the right one for us.
At some point, I had to slow down š§āāļø and face a difficult but freeing realization:
Doing more is not the same as moving toward your purpose.
And from that moment, my journey shifted š.
It wasnāt about how much I could fit into my day anymore. It became about understanding what trulyĀ mattered to me ā and daring to prioritize it, even when it meant doing less š.
If you feel overwhelmed and unsure of what you really want, know this:
š You are not alone.
š You are not "failing" because you don't have all the answers yet.
š Sometimes, slowing down is not falling behind ā itās the bravest and wisest move you can make.
Ask yourself:
What would I still choose if no one else was watching? š„
What activities energize me instead of draining me? ā”
Where am I seeking external validation instead of internal fulfillment? š§ ā¤ļø
Clarity isnāt rushed ā itās revealed when we create space for it.Ā š±
I'd love to hear from you:š¬ Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed, doing more but feeling lost?
