To keep this a safe, inclusive, and productive environment, please follow these guidelines: 1. Respect and Inclusivity Treat all members with kindness and respect. Discriminatory language or behavior is not tolerated. Respect diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and practices. 2. Positive Interactions Avoid projecting personal discomfort or blame onto others. Foster curiosity and reflect on your own energy patterns during discussions. 3. Contribution Guidelines Share insights, resources, and wins to inspire and support others. Avoid dominating the feed—let others have space to share. 4. Promotions and Sharing Promotions are allowed, but only once per member. Share content that aligns with the group’s focus on sustainability and energy work. 5. Privacy and Confidentiality Group content is visible only to members. Keep personal and sensitive information shared in the group confidential. 6. Intellectual Property Respect intellectual property, especially content from online courses. Do not share course materials or concepts outside the group. 7. Violations and Enforcement Violations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a permanent ban. To report an issue, contact the admin via email. 8. Language The group’s language is English to ensure inclusivity and understanding.
